• You are free to make your own banners or text links. You may also use our banners.

• All visitors you send to us must come from a web page. We do not allow email links (unless it's your opt-in subscription based mailing list that)/spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.

• Hentaibiz will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

• Sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of PowerNetX, Inc. will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent, and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, news group postings, spam e-mails.

• Payouts are done on a weekly schedule, in full, for the commission you earned. Your check is sent to you within 15 days from the end of each pay period for the previous period's transactions.

MO-08-2004 / MO-15-2004 will be paid on 1th of next month
MO-16-2004 / MO-23-2004 will be paid on 8th of next month
MO-24-2004 / MO-31-2004 will be paid on 15th of next month

• You will only be sent a check if your account balance is at least $100.00 or the amount that you've choosed at your info. Payment will be carried over to the next pay period until your account has accrued at least $100.00. You can change minumum payment amount at your account settings.

• In the partnership program you will be paid 60% of ALL initial and recurring membership fees. In the per signup program you will be paid $30 to $40 on all signups by credit card and checks. If the customer does not have credit card and choose to join by calling 1-900 numbers you'll get 50% commission from sales. The two tier (referral) program you will get 5% to 10% of all profit made of the webmasters that you have sent to the program using your two tier referral code. If you choose to use no console option on the linking codes than you will get $25 to $35 per signup or 50% on the revshare program. You will not get paid for the console sales for the first option.

• Hentaibiz do not accept sites that endorse: child pornography and bestiality. Any hits and/or sales sent from sites like these will not be paid for.

• All surfers sent to our site(s) must be in a full size window with toolbars, location, scroll bars, etc. Must be a regular window unaltered.

• Webmasters shall not encourage customers to cancel their trial memberships before the rollover date. Webmasters found to be encouraging site visitors/customers to cancel their trial memberships before the rollover date, and/or providing site visitors with instructions on how to do so will have their accounts terminated, and all account earnings will be forfeited.

• Hentaibiz reserves the right to close any account that is suspected of fraudulent activity. Hentaibiz also reserves the right to withhold payment from any webmaster suspected of participating in fraudulent activity.

• If you'll make your own banner or write your promitional text, you must not promise anything that we do not offer at our sites.

• Only one account for each program is allowed per company or organization.

• Hentaibiz do not accept sites that host at: Angelfire, Geocities, Tripod, and Hypermart.

• Sponsors whose account has been terminated by Hentaibiz must email us if they wish to rejoin our program. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of ALL moneys accumulated from the new account.

• We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.

• Spamming violates Hentaibiz rules and is strictly prohibited. If you get caught spamming you will be dropped from the program and you will not get paid.
